Acceptable use
Use ReplyDock to support legitimate customer-service work. Do not use it for unlawful activity, harassment, deception, unauthorized data access, or interference with the service. Do not attempt to bypass workspace boundaries or rate protection.
Account responsibility
Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for ensuring your workspace users have appropriate access. Notify the deployment operator about suspected misuse.
Your data and authority
Only upload data you are authorized to process. You remain responsible for the accuracy of company knowledge and for complying with obligations to your customers and workforce.
AI limitations and human review
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omit context, or misinterpret a policy. Every response is a draft. A qualified person must review, edit, and explicitly approve it. Confidence indicators are uncalibrated heuristics, not guarantees. Approval in this MVP marks a response “Approved for sending”; it does not send an email.
Availability and beta status
The product is an early-stage MVP and may change, become unavailable, or have defects. No uptime, response-time, accuracy, or fitness-for-purpose guarantee is offered by this template. Pricing and paid billing have not been launched.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate agreement, the deployment operator does not assume responsibility for losses caused by unreviewed AI content, inaccurate uploaded knowledge, or misuse. Applicable law may limit these provisions.
Termination and changes
Access may be suspended for misuse or operational reasons. These terms may be updated as the service develops. Data export and deletion requests are handled by the deployment operator.
